The Vital Step brand was created when Parekh Health Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) acquired a healthcare services organisation in India in 2021. Alinea Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as UnitedHealthcare India, had a variety of business lines focused on serving employers and their employees. Vital Step represents a consolidation of all of these employer facing business lines.
